About RCS

A single partner for accommodations that have to work.

RO Creative Solutions LLC was built around a simple observation: the hardest part of housing people on assignment is rarely the housing itself. It is the coordination.

Who we are

Housing operations, travel logistics, and government environments, all in one company.

RO Creative Solutions LLC provides flexible housing and lodging solutions for government agencies, military personnel, contractors, and groups requiring temporary or extended accommodations.

We serve as a single point of contact for furnished housing, extended stays, hotel placements, relocation housing, and group lodging. Our experience spans housing operations, government environments, and complex travel logistics: three disciplines that most lodging providers treat separately, and that a government accommodation requirement almost always needs together.

We are a small, deliberately hands-on company. When you contact RCS, you are speaking with the people who will actually coordinate your requirement.

Our mission

To make complex accommodation requirements easier to manage, by taking ownership of the sourcing, the coordination, and the follow-through, so our clients can stay focused on the assignment itself.

Our approach

Requirement first. Inventory second.

Most lodging providers start with what they have and work toward your requirement. We start with the requirement.

We source against parameters, not availability

Location, duration, occupancy, budget, and assignment-specific conditions define the search. Because we are not placing you into a fixed inventory, the options you see are the ones that actually fit.

We hold the coordination

Property and vendor relationships, negotiations, placement logistics, turnover, arrivals and departures: these sit with us. You maintain one line of communication instead of a dozen.

We stay responsive after placement

Reservation coordination, occupant communications, calendar management, maintenance coordination, and issue resolution continue through the assignment. Placement is the middle of the engagement, not the end.

We operate to institutional standards

Our leadership experience within federal government environments informs how we communicate, document, and follow through: structured, compliance-aware, and professional by default.

Relevant management experience

The background behind the capability.

Experience our leadership brings to each engagement.

Furnished housing & property operations

Sourcing and operating furnished accommodations, including property identification, rental negotiations, property setup and furnishing, pricing, reservations, calendar management, occupant communications, cleaning and turnover coordination, maintenance, vendor management, and issue resolution.

Travel, lodging & group logistics

Planning and coordinating complex domestic and international travel programs involving accommodation sourcing, property and venue selection, transportation, vendor procurement, scheduling, traveler communications, on-site logistics, and contingency management.

Project & vendor management

Managing complex projects involving multiple vendors, contractors, stakeholders, schedules, deliverables, workflows, and time-sensitive operational requirements.

Federal government experience

Leadership experience within the Federal Bureau of Prisons environment, contributing firsthand familiarity with federal operations, institutional environments, and government standards.

Experience described above reflects the professional background of RCS leadership. It is not presented as company past performance under a government contract.

Our commitment

Integrity, reliability, responsiveness, execution.

Four words that are easy to print and harder to practice. For us they mean something specific:

  • Integrity: we tell you what we can and cannot do before you commit, including when a requirement is outside what we should take on.
  • Reliability: if we say an option is confirmed, it is confirmed, and the details behind it are documented.
  • Responsiveness: requirements change, often late. We would rather absorb the change than explain why it is a problem.
  • Execution: the measure of this work is whether your people arrived, were housed appropriately, and stayed supported.
