Frequently asked questions

Common questions from buyers and partners.

Does RCS own the properties it places people in?

No. RCS sources and coordinates accommodations rather than operating standing inventory. Housing strategies are developed around each requirement and sourced according to location, duration, group size, budget, and operational needs, which is why we can respond to requirements that a fixed-inventory provider would have to decline.

What types of lodging can RCS coordinate?

Furnished temporary housing, extended-stay lodging, hotel placements, relocation and transitional housing, group and multi-unit lodging, and customized requirements including emergency and time-sensitive accommodations. Full detail is on the Services page.

What information does RCS need to start sourcing?

Location, dates, number of personnel, number of units or rooms, estimated length of stay, budget parameters, and any assignment-specific requirements. Partial information is workable; if something is undecided, tell us what is known and we will identify what still needs to be confirmed.

Can RCS support group and multi-unit requirements?

Yes. RCS coordinates accommodation sourcing and logistics for small and large groups, including multi-property and multi-room requirements, staggered arrivals and departures, and rotations across an assignment.

What happens after placement?

Coordination continues: reservation management, check-in and check-out support, occupant communications, calendar management, maintenance coordination, and issue resolution through the length of the stay.

Is RCS available for teaming and subcontracting?

Yes. RCS welcomes conversations with prime contractors, teaming partners, vendors, and property partners where lodging and accommodation coordination is a component of a larger scope. Start at Teaming & Subcontracting.

How is RCS classified for procurement purposes?

RO Creative Solutions LLC is a minority-owned and woman-owned small business. Formal socioeconomic certifications are published on this site only once issued and verifiable. NAICS and PSC classification codes are listed on the Government Capabilities page. UEI, CAGE, and other formal identifiers are included in our capability statement, available as a download above.
